This deliverable describes a set of tools for anonymized ingestion of the medical data into a data center environment. The toolset has been prepared to assure proper communication, data processing as well as storage for the needs of the medical scenario. The scenario itself has been investigated by the Wielkopolskie Center of Pulmonology and Thoracosurgery (WCPT) together with the Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center (PSNC). In the scenario WCPT acts as a content holder (medical data) while PSNC acts as a data center and High Performance Computing (HPC) center. The first chapter of this document provides contextual information on the conducted work, including rationale and challenges. The second chapter presents details about the medical data, which are the subject of the work. The third chapter presents medical data workflow and specific components, which play a significant role in the context of medical data ingestion process, including details about tools used for anonymization and communication. The last chapter provides a summary and conclusions.
