The sustainability plan sets out the vision for the post-project legacy of SCAPE and approaches to supporting communities of practice in adopting and exploiting the project outputs. The plan describes the consultation activities undertaken within the project consortium, the sustainability vision and approaches, and the application of the approaches to the different types of outputs. Both open-source and open-community approaches are discussed, along with the potential for integration into commercial products where appropriate. Finally, ownership and responsibilities for communities which will persist beyond the life of the project are described.
