The ARCOMEM project addresses the needs of memory institutions in the age of the Social Web by creating a social- and semantic aware Web preservation system that transforms archives into meaningful collective memories.

DCH-RP project (Digital Cultural Heritage Roadmap for Preservation) will design a Roadmap for the implementation of a federated e-Infrastructure for the long-term preservation of DCH content.

The ENSURE project is researching creating an architecture for long term digital preservation solutions for organizations with financial constraints.
 The TIMBUS Project TIMBUS
The TIMBUS project addresses the challenge of digital preservation of business processes and services to ensure their long-term continued access. TIMBUS analyses and recommends which aspects of a business process should be preserved and how to preserve them. It delivers methodologies and tools to capture and formalise business processes on both technical and organisational levels.

The DAVID project addresses the challenge of how to keep audiovisual content usable over time. For digital audiovisual media DAVID analyzes the origin of potential damage and its consequences on the usability of content, monitors and restores damage already happened and develops strategies for avoiding future damage in a way that balances long-term costs, risks of loss, and content quality.
